The Homes of the Center Avenue Historic District 2024 Holiday Parlour Tour

We invite you to join us this December 7-8, 2024, as we host the much anticipated Holiday Parlour tour. You may visit each home one time, and tickets may be used on one or both days. Ticket sales are limited and will not be sold day of.

Purchase your ticket online and bring your confirmation to our booklet pickup location to redeem for your tour booklet (which serves as your entry into the homes) and shoe covers.

Booklet pickup will begin 2 hours prior to the event on each day, and will be at Gilly's Bistro, located at 1023 N Johnson St, Bay City, MI 48708.

Doors of the homes do not open until the scheduled times of4pm on Saturday December 7th and Noon on Sunday December 8th.

This is your opportunity to view the interiors of some of the beautiful, historical homes of Bay City, Michigan. Many original features have been carefully preserved, and allow us to take a look into the rich history that Bay City has to offer.

• Event times are Saturday, December 7th from 4-8pm and Sunday, December 8th from 12-4pm.
• Booklet pickup will occur on Dec 7th from 2-6pm and Dec 8th from 10a-1pm
• Tickets are non-refundable
• No photography of the interior of the homes will be allowed.
• You may visit each home one time, and tickets may be used on either day.
• This is a walking tour, and given the historical nature of the homes, these are not handicap accessible
• Children without a ticket will not be permitted entry into the homes
• Please do not contact Gilly's with tour related questions
• No public restroom provided
