BIOS:

Nirupam Pratapgiri: Nirupam “Niru” Pratapgiri is music industry executive, guitarist, songwriter, and artist manager. With a rich and diverse background, Niru has traversed various spheres within the music industry, leaving an indelible mark at every turn. His journey commenced at the Boston-based booking agency Gigabit, where he orchestrated numerous groundbreaking campaigns, setting the stage for his ascent in the Boston music industry. A visionary in the digital realm, Niru showcased his talents as a graphic designer and spearheaded the digital marketing campaign for the iVoted concerts, the largest online music festival of 2020. After pivoting to A&R, Niru found his home at Ben Harper’s bespoke label, Mad Bunny Records. There, he took the helm of new artist release campaigns and earned the prestigious opportunity to be a key member of Ringo Starr’s Peace & Love Ambassador programme in 2021.

Niru's role as a music coordinator at the LA-based music supervision firm Weget music placed him at the forefront of noteworthy TV and movie projects. As the music editor for the documentary film “Friday I’m in Love” and the music coordinator for the thriller movie “Man in the White Van,” Niru showcased his ability to curate immersive musical experiences that elevate visual storytelling. After joining BMG, Niru was part of the creative synch department, leaving an indelible mark through his leadership in synch and artist brand partnerships and executed lucrative deals with Amazon Studios, Paramount, NFL, and MLB. His strategic prowess and keen understanding of the industry dynamics were instrumental in fostering successful collaborations.

Currently serving as an artist manager at Red Light Management, Niru is a pivotal figure in the division that primarily focuses on rock artists. Representing iconic names such as Slash, Stone Temple Pilots, Rival Sons, Evanescence, The White Buffalo, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and Billy Talent, Niru continues to shape the landscape of rock music with his unwavering dedication and commitment.

Versa Manos:

Versa Manos is a Los Angeles-based talent manager and owner of Gorgeous Media Group. She brings many years of entertainment and media experience to a roster of clients, which include actors, writers, directors and musicians. She is heavily invested in the industry, serving as a myourember of Film Independent, as an Executive Member of Women in Film, and is a former President of the Talent Managers Association.

Her talent roster boasts a wonderful blend of established celebrities and developmental talent. She represents the interests of supermodel-turned-actress-turned-television-host Rachel Hunter and celebrated British actor and crooner Richard Shelton. Casting directors and producers have come to trust Versa’s fair-minded approach and commitment to her clients. Her clients have appeared in guest starring and co-starring roles on hit television series as The Walking Dead, Criminal Minds, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Jane the Virgin, and House of Lies, among others. Versa’s artists are especially driven and passionate about their work. The writers and filmmakers on her roster have won numerous awards and accolades for their work, and have screened at international film festivals. With her support, these artists are developing new work and creating original content.

Gorgeous Media Group, which was formed in 2013, is an organic extention of Versa’s successful media relations firm, Gorgeous PR, which she founded in 2001. Throughout her career, Versa has been a leading media specialist in the global marketplace, as internationally recognized as the clients she represents. She was voted "Most In Person" by Time Out London, and was the subject of a three-hour profile on MTV Europe. Versa has also been awarded the coveted "Best Independent" and "Best Publicist" awards by the British Music Industry. Her political work even earned her the key to West Hollywood.

Versa’s career has spanned three continents. She has been involved in all facets of the entertainment industry, representing a variety of artists: musicians, actors, filmmakers, visual artists, and writers. Her work has ranged from talent management to corporate imaging, developing and launching new talent, and maintaining superstar status for established clients. Additionally, she has held positions in a variety of entertainment outlets: radio stations, television networks, and film studios, which gives her a unique insider’s perspective.
