Clothing racks and displays will be cleared to make space for mats, blankets, and soft ambient lighting. The lights will be dimmed, creating a tranquil atmosphere where sound, color, and intention intertwine.
Sound Practitioner Lindsi Lou will guide you through a restorative sensory experience that includes:
- Grounding breathwork to release the tension and heaviness that often follow the holiday rush and family gatherings
- setting to align your energy and refocus on what truly matters as the season unfolds
- Guided meditation to help the body feel safe, settled, and present
- A deeply immersive sound bath journey, featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and harmonic tones that gently calm the brain and regulate the nervous system
