Michael J. Czuchnicki will discuss the global race to launch ever-bigger, faster, and more powerful battleships to control the seas.
Featuring the super-dreadnought USS Arizona; the British Royal Navy’s HMS Hood; Germany’s KMS Bismarck, and the Imperial Japanese Navy’s Yamato and Musashi, we will consider what might have been had such ships not been deemed obsolete, and celebrate the courage of their crews.
