A Celtic Christmas Celebration
The State Theatre
Sunday, December 13, 2026
Doors: 7pm
Show: 8pm
This Christmas, or Nollaig as we say in Ireland, come join us for an intimate Celtic Christmas filled evening, where the music flows, the stories are plentiful and no one is a stranger. We will bring you to the cozy corners of an Irish Christmas with beloved songs heard in the quiet moments of the season, jigs and reels that will get your toes tapping and dancing that will make you smile. Bring the family, bring your friends and help us celebrate the most wonderful time of year.
About The Here & Now
The Here & Now is an exciting four-piece band born out of Austin, Texas and Sunset, Louisiana. The band is made up of Chris Buckley (fiddle), Niamh Fahy (fiddle, vocals), Rob Forkner (bodhrán), and Tony Davoren (bouzouki/guitar/vocals). All accomplished musicians in their own right, together they create a rich and captivating sound full of energy that presents Irish traditional music in a contemporary context. Drawing from each member's background in Irish music, with a geography that spans the United States and Ireland, The Here & Now keep tradition at the heart of their music while widening the breadth of their repertoire with original compositions.
