THE HECKLE MIC – An Interactive Crowdwork & Roast Show

THE HECKLE MIC— produced and hosted by Sarah Suzuki-Harvard — is an immersive comedy show where comics get on stage and work on their crowd work. This isn't your typical comedy show, where you just sit and let comics recite their jokes to you. No, this is a cool and unconventional comedy show where you actually get to be a part of the whole experience!

What do we mean?

We encourage you to participate in the show (only if you want to!). Our comics will probably ask you some questions as part of their crowd work. Heckling is also welcome and encouraged— but like, don't be an ass about it.

Think of this as the live comedy equivalent of a Rocky Horror Picture Show viewing, but like, actually not weird or nerdy LOL. (No shame, if you love those rowdy RHPS showings!)

In fact, you might have already come across a about the heckle mic.

In addition to the fun and interactive experience of this comedy show, we will also occasionally have some of the best pro comedians drop-in for a surprise set. You may already know some of them — they're regularly featured at the Comedy Cellar and on Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, Comedy Central, Adult Swim, Conan, the Daily Show, Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and more!

Trust me, it's always a good time at THE HECKLE MIC (Also, how often do you get to tell someone shut up or like heckle comedians and not get escorted out for it??)

But here’s a warning: You swim at your own risk. You might here some unfiltered roasts and jokes that might offend you, but just know that it isn’t said out of malice. We keep the roasts and wildness within the room and only during the show – and more importantly, we all like each other.
