We will focus on calming the nervous system, releasing old patterns, and setting intentions for the coming season, fostering a sense of inner harmony, peace and community in a setting that radiates magic. Create a comfortable cocoon with blankets and pillows, you are encouraged to bring personal items to enhance the experience. Enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, gongs & chimes, vocals and other soulful instruments. Be guided by vocal humming and chanting to connect to inner vibrations of the hearth/heart making space for this season of transition and renewal.
