Beginning March 6th, we’ll gather on the first Friday of each month to sip tea, explore herbs, and learn together — until summer calls us back outside for foraging walks 🌿
This is not a formal lecture.
It’s an intimate herbal circle.
Rooted in tradition and guided by curiosity, this circle is a space to slow down, taste, listen, and reconnect with plant wisdom in community.
Each month we’ll:
• Taste a selection of herbs as tea
• Explore traditional and modern herbal uses
• Learn the foundations of plant energetics (warming, cooling, drying, moistening)
• Discuss simple blending for different constitutions
You’ll leave with:
🌿 A small apothecary herb box
🌿 Loose herbs to continue working with at home
🌿 A simple printed guide to support your learning
Length: 90 minutes
Exchange: $40 (includes herb box + materials)

Spots are limited to keep the circle intimate.
A minimum of 3 participants is required. If the minimum is not met, the gathering will be rescheduled or refunded.
