Welcome to The HEARTest Yard FitFest! Join us on Friday, November 15, at Bank of America Stadium.

Get ready to energize your heart with our local instructors from Barre3 - Hilliard Studio Method - West Kept Secret, and this year’s new addition, MADabolic. They will guide you through an hour packed with diverse workouts, ending with an in-depth cooldown led by Carolina Sports Clinic!

Each participant will receive a custom HEARTest Yard Souvenir Water Bottle!

After your workout, recharge at our block party, which features food trucks, beer vendors, and pop-up shops in a vibrant atmosphere. Don't miss this exciting and uplifting event—we can't wait to see you there!
