• No "Performance" Mode: We use energy work to clear the stress of the workday before you even speak to anyone.
• Zero Awkward Silences: Connection is facilitated through guided prompts and eye-gazing, not forced conversation.
• Efficiency: 60 minutes total. You leave feeling energized, not drained.

• 00:00 – 00:10 | The Landing: Arrival and "One-Word" check-ins to build immediate vulnerability.
• 00:10 – 00:30 | The Reiki Shift: A group guided visualization and "Reiki Blast" (using the Distance Symbol) to open the Heart Chakra and dissolve rejection fears.
• 00:30 – 00:50 | Conscious Dyads: 3 rounds of paired connection (Eye Gazing + "Passion" prompts).
• 00:50 – 01:00 | Closing & Matching: Grounding exercise and "Connection Card" exchange.
