The Heart of Hospitality is co-hosted by Missionfest Manitoba and Welcome Church, a ministry of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC). The plan for the event is as follows:

• Worship Music (Music Team TBA)
• Devotion (Bishop Calvert Layne, Truth and Life Worship Centre)
• Intro by Brenda Noble (OMF International/Welcome Church)
• Table Discussions with refreshments
• Breakout Groups
