The Heart Initiation is one of those moments.
It is a crossing — from living with a guarded, partial heart to stepping into the fullness of what the heart can offer.
Most of us know the difference.
When the heart is open, life flows. You feel connected, generous, grateful. Even challenges feel lighter — because you’re not resisting them.
When the heart closes, everything tightens. You feel separate, guarded, overwhelmed. Life becomes something to get through instead of something to live.
This evening is not just an event. It is an initiation into remembering how to live with the heart open — not sometimes, not only in the easy moments, but as a way of being.
What This Session Offers
Over the course of four hours, we will move through a complete journey into the living wisdom of the heart.
The time is spacious by design — long enough for real change, yet carried with ease through deep relaxation, natural breaks, and moments of music, cacao, and shared presence.
Heart Initiation practices — one for each quality: Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude, and True Respect
Meditations for each quality — simple inner practices you can continue after the session to keep nurturing the heart
Heart-opening Gong Bath — immersive sound that softens the grip of the mind and nourishes the heart directly
Shamanic Music & Cacao Ritual with Ignacio — live music, rhythm, and gentle movement to embody and integrate the initiations
The Five Heart Qualities
Each quality expresses itself in balance and imbalance. In this session, we open the door to their balanced forms:
Trust — a deep, unconditional trust in life, oneself, and others, bringing inner stability and courage.
Openness — a spacious, receptive heart that welcomes life as it is, allowing transformation.
Love — expansive, unconditional love that radiates freely, compassionate and nourishing.
Gratitude — appreciation for all of life, even its challenges, bringing contentment and humility.
True Respect — profound reverence for life, others, nature, and the sacred, expressed with dignity and sincerity.
Facilitators
Alan Steinborn
Alan is a gong player and meditation guide based in Zurich. For a decade he has been creating gong baths that are at once spacious, powerful, and deeply human. His work is not about performance, but about creating a safe and resonant space where people can meet themselves more fully. Known for his calm and understated style, Alan’s sessions invite a depth of stillness and presence that participants often describe as transformative.
Ignacio Isaías Cuartas Gómez (Nacho)
Ignacio is a musician and shamanic practitioner who works with voice, rhythm, and ritual to bring people into deeper connection with the heart and body. His live music weaves traditional and intuitive elements, creating an atmosphere that is both grounding and expansive. In this session, he will also guide a cacao ritual — using cacao as a gentle plant ally to support openness, integration, and embodied presence.
Together, Alan and Ignacio create a field of sound, silence, and ceremony that helps participants access the natural wisdom of the heart.

No preparation needed: Simply bring yourself, your presence, and your heart — however it feels.
