From small innovative producers in unexpected locations to internationally renowned brands, we’re shining a spotlight on distilleries across the world through our releases, hoping to introduce you to some new favourites along the way.

Limited to a few hundred bottles at a time, each carefully selected cask has been picked in collaboration with our partner distillery, telling their tale of people, provenance and the pursuit of crafting distinctive flavours through the art of production.

And the best part? We keep things fresh by unveiling new bottlings frequently throughout the year, so there’s always something new to try, and new bottles to add to your home bar (as well as ours)!

Our host for the evening, Georgie Bell, has spent over 14 years in the hospitality & beverage sector across independent, corporate and family-owned spirits companies. Most of Georgie's career has been focused on small volume; high-value brands. The Heart Cut is one such brand. Started by Georgie and her husband, The Heart Cut releases single cask and small batch whisky from distilleries around the world. She'll be showing off 6 of their releases including:

#03 Kyrö - a Finnish malt rye whisky from Kyrö Distillery, Isokyrö, matured in a New American Oak cask - 52%abv // 1 of 361 bottles // £58.50

#04 M&H - a single malt from M&H distillery, Tel Aviv, fully matured in a Pomegranate wine cask and partially aged in their Dead Sea warehouse - 57%abv // 1 of 398 bottles // £58

#06 Cotswolds Distillery - a single malt from the Cotswolds Distillery, England, matured in a New American Oak cask - 54.3%abv // 1 of 362 bottles // £89.50

#08 St George Spirits - Experimental Malt from St. George Spirits in San Francisco - a distilled heavily hopped IPA, matured in a fourth fill Californian Ale cask - 54%abv // 1 of 224 bottles // £74.50
