This gathering isn’t a seminar and it isn’t a lecture. It’s a table — a space where people who are carrying loss can breathe again without needing to perform strength.

The Healing Table: A Conversation About Grief is an intimate, guided experience designed for anyone who has lost a person, a season of life, a relationship, health, or the version of themselves they once knew. Grief doesn’t follow rules or timelines, and this space honors that truth.

You’ll be led by three compassionate facilitators who approach grief from emotional, practical, and faith-centered perspectives:

Monica White, Child Psychological & Adult Mental Health First Aid Responder;

Kristle Brooks, Independent Life Insurance Advisor & Certified Financial Education Instructor; and

Jasheena Shelton, Certified Grief Coach, Faith and AI Leader.

Together, they create a safe environment where stories are honored, tears are welcome, and silence is just as respected as words.

This is not about fixing grief. It’s about sitting with it — learning how to carry it without carrying it alone.

You will leave with language for your grief, a clearer understanding of how loss affects your relationships, decisions, and daily functioning, and a few gentle, practical tools you can use when grief feels overwhelming.

• Gentle, practical tools to help you understand how grief shows up emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and even financially
• Gentle prompts that allow you to share at your own pace, or simply listen
