Join us on Saturday, December 13th, in Memphis, TN for an afternoon of deep restoration and renewal at The Healing Space: Breathwork & Sound. This in-person event is designed to create a safe and nurturing space for those seeking holistic wellness in a communal setting.

Through breathwork and sound healing, we facilitate a deeply restorative experience that helps release anxiety, stress, and trauma from the body while fostering gratitude, peace, and self-love. Our gathering is rooted in the safety of community, with facilitators trained in wellness.

This Self-Love Healing Circle is a unique opportunity to connect with others on their journey, share experiences, and nurture your well-being in a supportive space.
