The Healing Path by Anshima

This event is a one on one meeting between you and Anshima. At the end of the event you will be able to have a clear picture of your own unique healing path. The one on one meeting is aimed for the participants to understand the following things:

Understand the subconscious mind and its functions

Understanding trauma and our nervous system

Understanding the sensations, inner child (parts), parent and authentic self.

Clarify myths around healing

Stages and time lines of healing

Who is a safe therapist, How to choose a therapist? What is the right fit for me

When should I see or change a therapist

How to measure my own healing

How to build a life around wellness

At the end of the event, you can expect clarity around your own mental health journey.

Anshima is known to have healed her own trauma from her matrilineal lineage of victims and a patrilineal lineage of abusers or perpetrators over a period of 15 years. She now chooses to serve people through her mental health initiative, Commit To Self and an education initiative for underprivileged children, Akshar India Fellowship.

Shes a trained hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist from the EKAA Institute, Mumbai and a counsellor trained from the Indian Institute of Counselling, Delhi. She is a student of the year long professional training in Compassionate Inquiry approach developed by Dr Gabor Mate and Sat Dharam Kaur. Her therapists and guides are trained in Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and Family Constellations Therapy. Her mental health initiative Commit To Self has been able to help people heal complex mental health issues and certain physical health issues.

Serious and conscious seekers are advised to attend the event. People who have done therapy and understand the inner work are encouraged too. As a good will gesture, you will receive a complimentary 45 minutes online assessment with Anshima after the workshop at a time that is mutually convenient.
