This session, Harvesting the Lessons, invites you to gather the fruits of your experiences — the wisdom, the strength, and the clarity — while gently releasing what no longer serves your path.

• Grounding movement & mindful breathwork
• Guided meditation on inner harvest and release
• Quiet reflection & journaling time
• Optional group sharing and closing
