Our initiative for these special offerings is to encourage daily meditation practices aimed at refining the art of quieting the mind for personal growth. Late entries will not be accommodated once the sound bath session commences.

What to bring?
The following items are recommended:
- yoga mat/pillow/blanket etc.
- Journal to reflect on anything that comes up during the sound bath
- Pen
- small items you’d like to be charged (crystals, cards, special sacred items)
Age Requirements
We try to be accessible to all ages. We ask that you use your best discernment when deciding if your little one is mature enough to respect the serene environment of the sound bath.
