Our initiative for these special offerings is to encourage daily meditation practices aimed at refining the art of quieting the mind for personal growth. Through techniques like brain dumping, circle practice, and "spiritual scribing," participants are inspired to manifest their aspirations and embody their optimum selves.

What to bring?

The following items are recommended:

- yoga mat/pillow/blanket etc.

- Journal to reflect on anything that comes up during the sound bath

- Pen

- small items you’d like to be charged (crystals, cards, special sacred items)

Age Requirements

We try to be accessible to all ages. We ask that you use your best discernment when deciding if your little one is mature enough to respect the serene environment of the sound bath.

Free entry for children under 10. All proceeds help us to continue offering our services. If you cannot afford the cost of the sound bath, please contact us via email for a discount code.
