Chelsey Preuss is an interior designer with over 15 years of experience and the founder of Chelsey Home, an online holistic interior design studio she has led for the past 8 years. Her work has been nationally recognized and published, but her approach extends far beyond traditional design.
Through years of practice — and through building her own business — Chelsey followed a growing curiosity about how spaces truly affect us. Not just aesthetically, but emotionally, physically, and energetically. That curiosity led her to begin applying holistic design principles first within her own home.
By intentionally designing her space to support her nervous system, sleep, and sense of grounding, Chelsey experienced firsthand how a home can become an active partner in personal growth and wellbeing. This lived experience is what now informs her work with clients.
The Healing Home is a gathering where Chelsey shares this evolution — blending interior design with holistic wellbeing to support the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
During the gathering, guests will explore how their home impacts them through:
lighting & circadian rhythm, psychology, biophilic design, color, texture, aromatherapy, clutter, feng shui, air quality, non-toxic living, and more.
There will be time for meditation, reflection, journaling, and an open Q+A where guests can ask questions about their own home or current project.
This gathering is especially supportive for those building, remodeling, or feeling stuck in their space — but it is for anyone who desires a home that truly supports their wellbeing, even if they live in one room.
