About this Event
Thank you for your interest in attending the 2022 HBCU Pride Experience!
This life changing event will bring the HBCU experience to students in the city of Charlotte!
Here is a glimpse of the day
1) The "A Different World" pep rally: This is how we will start the day to bring the HBCU atmosphere and culture.
2) The Orientation: This is will be our HBCU panel discussion where HBCU alumni and students will speak to prospective students about the personal experiences attending an HBCU
3) An HBCU-only college fair: YEP! There will only be HBCU's ready to recruit your students! Please bring your questions and be ready to potentially be accepted on the spot!
ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING THEIR TRANSCRIPTS!
4) Vendors: we will have small businesses set up to sell their goods and services
5) Food trucks: you can't have an event like this without some of the best food trucks in the city
6) Workshops: there will be workshops on topics such as financial aid, mental health, life in college and more!
