The HBCU Emerging Technologies & Innovation Showcase

Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 12, 2024 and join us at the Delta Flight Museum. The HBCU Emerging Technologies & Innovation Showcase is an event that will feature the cutting-edge technologies developed by students, faculty and staff from several Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).

This showcase will provide the participating HBCUs with opportunities of exposure, networking, seed funding, internship, and employment. Often overshadowed by larger and well-funded educational institutions, an event of this stature will help HBCUs overcome barriers that prevent them from directly connecting with companies/organizations. By bridging the gap between HBCUs and companies/organizations poised to elevate their technologies, this event promises to propel diversity and innovation to new heights. The showcase will also highlight and magnify the exceptional talent that HBCUs are continuously producing.

Presented by CBRE and The Jeannis Foundation, this event is poised to ignite inspiration and transform the landscape of technological innovation. Please note that while the schedule is subject to change, the event will commence promptly at 10 AM.
