The Haven on College Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Join us as we celebrate the official ribbon-cutting for The Haven on College, HH Fund’s flagship student housing community steps from Yale University. This event marks the culmination of a major investment in top-tier student living in New Haven, and brings together partners, university affiliates, local leaders, and investors of the HH family for an afternoon of connection and celebration.

Guests will enjoy a brief program highlighting the asset, the vision behind HH Fund’s impact in the New Haven community, and the future plans for the asset. Guided tours will follow, giving attendees an inside look at the building’s modern apartments, study spaces, amenities, and the design approach that sets the property apart in the market.

Food and refreshments will be served, and HH Fund leadership will be in attendance for networking, media photos, and investor discussions.
