Join Sugar Factory Playhouse this fall for The Hasty Heart, running October 16–25. This dramatic comedy follows a wounded Scottish soldier in a wartime hospital who, through the care of his fellow patients and a compassionate nurse, discovers the true meaning of love and friendship.
The Hasty Heart tells the story of a group of wounded Allied soldiers in a Pacific theatre mobile surgery unit immediately after the end of World War II, who, after initial resentment and ostracism, rally around a loner, an unappreciative Scottish soldier they know is dying.
