The ‘Happy Heart Club’ will run monthly throughout the year and each month, we will focus on a specific theme. This month's theme is 'Radiant Self-Care'! Introducing self-care through fun activities, playful yoga poses and journaling about what makes the children happy!
My workshops are fun and creative! The aim of my teachings are to build children’s mental, emotional and physical health and resilience ‘from the inside out’ through mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, music, stories, creative works and more! My workshops provide children with a set of ‘forever coping tools and techniques’ that they can use during the daily demands and struggles of life that they may face.
Suitable for children aged 8yrs-11yrs. Places will be limited so don't miss out!!
