The Hammonds are a musical family from Bray Co Wicklow, consisting of siblings Suzanne, Karen and Aoife, and their dad Ray. They grew up listening to everything from Planxty and Clannad to Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell and are influenced heavily from the dad’s singing and playing guitar since they can remember.They are individual musicians in their own right, with numerous solo projects, collaborations and bands, including punk, trad, electronic, but always come back to their roots to sing harmonies together to the songs they grew up listening to. Expect a cosy evening focused on the siblings weaving their haunting harmonies through a varied songbook in the town they love so well.
