✅Are there any prerequisites?
-No, anyone who is willing to learn can attend.
✅Do I have to be at a certain level as an athlete?
-No, our course is infinitely scaleable, just like our daily #CrossFit classes.
✅Do I have to be a coach to attend?
-No, both coaches and athletes will benefit. We teach this course from an athlete, coaches & spotters eye.
✅Why should I spend the money?
-This is not only an investment to make you better but it will help you build a more profitable business. You can advance your career & make more money by having income from: extra gymnastic programming, gymnastic classes, 1:1 clients, in-house clinics/workshops, better retention.
