Come join DaShaun Johnson; The Guru of Abs on Friday 11.11.22 as he showcases his innovative functional training workout for senior citizens; Senior Body Sculpting. During the upcoming senior body sculpting showcase, DaShaun & his amazing seniors will showcase various exercises targeting the whole body, alternating between lower body, upper body, plyometrics, cardio and core.

Senior body sculpting is a low-impact, functional training workout designed to provide a more enjoyable life for our seniors by expanding their awareness and their involvement in health and fitness. Senior body sculpting also helps seniors identify their health and wellness goals and provide them with the opportunities necessary to meet those goals. Improving strength, balance, and endurance, senior body sculpting strives to improve the quality of life for seniors helping reduce their number of visits to the doctor’s office.
