An 11 mile "Move your rear, it's New year" social trail run- It's about wondering if you can still run after all that food and drink and making a start about doing something about it.This is totally FREE, open to all and I'd be chuffed it you shared it as then we have the capacity to make more new friends and help more people.
It would be easy to go gridlock CarColston again like we did last year but always haveto look at new places I don't know enough or have not run.
