Only STANDSTILL off the tee and fairway shots, & KNEE PUTS… ONLY. And no leg lifts or steps.
MANDOS - take a stroke and play from inbound side of mando or drop zone if marked play from there.
OB - take a stroke and play from last in bounds or drop zone if marked play from there.
2 METER - take a stroke and play from under the stuck disc.
If you do a walk up on the tee or in the fairway ( take a stroke and re-throw).
If you putt without a knee on the ground (take a stroke and re-putt)
