The Grief Recovery Method® educational support group is an evidence-based and powerful, directed approach to recovering from life’s deepest heartbreaks. It is a time-proven approach to identify and get complete with the feelings that keep you stuck in grief. The program is eight weeks, once per week for approximately two hours with readings and assignments in between sessions. Sessions are divided into four primary parts.

Finding the Solutions

New participants can join sessions one or two, but after session two the group is closed.
