The Grief Collective was created out of a desire to provide a container for people to hold space for challenging emotions.Each of us have experienced loss in some form at some time. For many this loss is compounded with the current events that are happening. There are often many challenging emotions to navigate after loss and it can feel like we are alone.
This offering is to support being with heavy emotions with the support of each other. Through discussion, journaling, and guided meditation we will allow space to notice, allow, integrate, and rest.
This is a 3 part series held the fourth Monday of each month May-July 6:00p-8:00p. One can choose to attend all 3 or only 1 or 2 sessions.
This event will be in person and hosted outdoors. Location will be shared via email 48 hrs pre-event. Covid 19 reduction strategies will be observed and in place. 6ft social distancing and masks when social distancing is not possible. If you are feeling sick or have been exposed, please do not attend.

-Megan Schmer, owner of Olive & Olde's, who aims to ease the deep ache of loneliness by believing that everyone should have a soft place to land.

- This offering is for anyone experiencing loss or challenging emotions and for anyone who wants to support a friend going through a difficult time.
What to Expect:
-Sitting on the ground and/or resting on your back or side
-Discussion and Journaling
-Sharing to be invitational only, never required
-A Guided Meditation

-Warm Clothing
-Socks
-Blankets
-Pillows
-Scarf or Eye Pillow
-Journal
-Pen
-Anything you would want to support your preferred way to sit
