The Grief Club

The next Grief Club starts this October 💗
Grief can be incredibly lonely.
Even when you have good people around you, it can feel as though nobody quite understands what is happening inside you.
You might be exhausted. Struggling to concentrate. Feeling emotions you don’t recognise. Wondering why you’re still finding things so difficult when everyone else seems to have carried on.
Or perhaps your loss happened a long time ago, but you’re realising that grief doesn’t simply disappear with time.
The Grief Club is a place where you don’t have to explain or pretend.
Over eight weeks, we come together in a small, supportive group to understand a little more about grief and the way it can affect our minds, bodies, emotions, relationships and sense of who we are.
There’s education, conversation, practical tools and some gentle creative activities, but perhaps most importantly, there’s community. 🥰
A chance to spend time with people who understand that grief doesn’t have a timetable and that there is no “right” way to do it.
Our next group begins:
📍 Bulkington Community Centre
📅 Thursday 29th October 2026
⏰ 6pm–8pm weekly for 8 weeks
💗 £240 for the full programme
The Grief Club is for people experiencing many different kinds of loss, including bereavement, dementia and anticipatory loss, relationship breakdown and significant changes to health or life.
And it doesn’t matter whether your loss was six weeks ago, six months ago or many years ago.
Places are deliberately kept small, with a maximum of 8 people, so that everyone has space to be heard and supported.
If you’re wondering whether The Grief Club might be right for you, please get in touch. We can have a chat before you decide, there’s absolutely no pressure.

You don’t have to do grief alone. 💗
And if you know someone who might need this, please share this post with them. Sometimes seeing the right thing at the right moment can make all the difference.
