Letting go doesn’t mean relying on the idea that life will just get better. Letting go requires deep insight into universal truths, and learning to keep those at the front of our understanding.
Letting go means being brave, to move forward from positions of comfort to discomfort, being willing to face challenges in order to get to where you want to be. Letting go means accepting the things you can't change and doing something about the things you can.
In this 2-hour workshop, Bhante Sujatha recounts tales from his own life experiences, and how these hard-won lessons when viewed with mindful awareness provided insight into awakening.
