The Greatest Showdown: A M**der Mystery Under the Big Top

Welcome to a night of intrigue and excitement under the big top! Step into the world of the Hargrove Family Circus—a place filled with vibrant characters, hidden rivalries, and a thrilling mystery waiting to be solved. Once you book your ticket, you’ll receive your unique character sheet by email, giving you a sneak peek into who you’ll be playing for the night. No experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!

Admission Price Includes: the Party, (1) drink tickets, and hearty appetizers provided by Bernie's (if you have not had the opportunity to try their food you have missed out!)

On the night of the event, arrive ready to mingle, uncover clues, and receive your objectives that will guide your actions. For required characters, we’ll be holding a Character Reception 30 minutes before the game officially starts to ensure everyone is prepared and in place (and to answer any last-minute questions!).

Whether you’re new to M**der mystery parties or a seasoned sleuth, this event is designed to be easy to follow and enjoyable for everyone!

If you’ve never participated in a M**der mystery party before, here’s how it works:

1. Character Selection: When you book your ticket you’ll receive your character’s background and goals via email. Not an automatic email, we will email you individually. ?
2. Character Objectives: At the event, you’ll receive specific objectives to complete—these could include gathering information, forming alliances, or secretly working against others.
3. The Mystery Unfolds: As the night progresses, a M**der will occur, and it’s up to you to use your wits and detective skills to figure out whodunit.
4. Reveal the Culprit: At the end of the night, accusations will be made, secrets revealed, and the true culprit will be unmasked!

So come dressed for the circus (the character sheet that you will be emailed will have dress ideas for you to consider), and get ready for a night of twists, turns, and excitement—because this isn’t just any show. It’s a mystery you won’t want to miss!

And the best part? All net proceeds from this event will go towards supporting culinary arts scholarships at the University of Alaska Anchorage, making this an evening of entertainment for a great cause!

One more thing: It is super important for the integrity of the game that we have the name and email address of each ticket holder so they receive only their character information via email and their own envelope when they arrive.
