The Greater Manchester Good Employment Best Practice Conference

Join us for the Employment Best Practice Conference, a one-of-a-kind event dedicated to exploring the latest trends and strategies in creating a thriving workplace. The conference will feature an exciting lineup of keynote speakers and a panel Q&A, followed by two informative workshops, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. With something for everyone, you'll leave the conference with actionable insights and fresh ideas to improve your organisation's employment practices.

Our expert speakers will be leading workshops on a range of topics, including management/leadership, health & wellbeing, engagement & voice, inclusion, and flexible work/hybrid. When you register for the event, we will ask you to identify your top three workshop preferences. Based on your answers, we will do our best to assign you to two workshops that align with your interest.
