Join us for the most beautiful and ancient service of the Christian year: . Held in the heart of Downtown Houston at the historic Christ Church Cathedral, this service marks the transition from the darkness of Lent to the radiant light of the Resurrection.

The Great Vigil is a multi-sensory journey through salvation history. The evening begins in darkness with the striking of the new fire, followed by the chanting of the Exsultet. You will experience:

• Sacred Storytelling: Compelling readings that trace the story of God’s people from Creation to the Resurrection.
• Choral Excellence: The Cathedral’s world-class acoustics and choir bring timeless hymns and liturgy to life.
