We’ve combined two awesome events—the Cub Scout Day Hike and the Night Hike Challenge—into one epic outdoor weekend at Camp Thunderbird!
Whether you’re a first-time Cub Scout family or a seasoned hiker with your Troop, this weekend is built for fun, challenge, and connection on the trail.

Family-style hiking
Picnic lunch + field games
Self-paced fun focused on exploration, not speed
🌙 Night Hike Challenge
🗓️ Saturday Night | 10-mile night trek for Scouts BSA & Venture Scouts
