Bring your family, your kids, your neighbors, your neighbors' kids, your grandparents, your neighbors' grandparents, your coworkers, and even strangers on the street. All are invited to participate in preparing healthy meals for people in need. You can sign up for one or both shifts on October 12th from 9:00-10:30 am or from 10:30 am-12:00 noon.
