Get ready for a fang-tastic time at The Great Pumpkin Pong Tournament! Grab your ghoulish crew and compete in this spook-tacular beer pong showdown where the drinks are chilling, the competition is thrilling, and the Halloween vibes are to die for. Coed teams will battle for the ultimate treat—a $400 cash prize—but don’t worry, no tricks here, just plenty of fun!Best of all, it’s for a boo-tiful cause! We’re supporting Aid Another, an organization dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for children with special needs. So come in costume, play some beer pong, and help make a positive impact in the community—it’ll be a howl of a good time!
Event Details:
· Date: Saturday, October 12th
· Time: 2-6 PM
· Location: OV Beach Tavern, 9659 1st View St, Norfolk, VA 23503
Tournament Format:
· Coed teams of 2-4 (At least one player of each gender required).
· Minimum of 3 pool play games.
· Single elimination playoffs for top qualifiers.
What's at Stake?
? Grand Prize: $400 Cash for the Champions!
? Costume Contest: The team with the best costumes will win a FREE CLUBWAKA league membership! (winners determined by Instagram story polls on @clubwakahrva)
Membership & Cost:
· $25 per player. Membership includes:
Minimum of 3 games.
· Your first drink on us.
· Event-exclusive specials: $3 Waka Bombs, $4 Well Drinks, $5 16oz domestic cans (Pounders)
· A portion of each registration directly benefits Aid Another.
Drink Responsibly
Although this is a 'beer pong' tournament, all games will be played with water-filled cups. There is no requirement to drink alcohol as a penalty for a score. CLUBWAKA encourages all participants to drink responsibly and ensure you have a safe ride home.
