The Great Food Fight Celebration Party

The Hub: urban ministries is hosting our 4th annual Great Food Fight event on November 2, 2024! The Food Fight is The Hub's annual fundraiser focused on food insecurity and hunger in our city.

In Caddo Parish alone there are close to 40,000 people considered food insecure. In a study of 182 cities, Shreveport ranked the 17th most food insecure city. The Hub serves hundreds of individuals weekly who fall into that category. The Lovewell Center and Purchased both provide access to food through our programs and often food is the very first step in the journey to restoration.

The Great Food Fight event is a time to come together to fight hunger in our city!

Come enjoy live music and FREE FOOD. But not just any food, you will get to indulge in delicious dishes made by local chefs, who will be relying on YOUR VOTES to win Food Fight Top Chef.
