The Great Cooking Challenge 11-18yr olds

The Great Cooking Challenge at the YMCA Youth Hub gives young people the chance to get creative in the kitchen while having a lot of fun along the way. Working in small teams, participants take on surprise ingredients, timed tasks, and friendly competition as they learn new skills and experiment with flavours. The session is all about teamwork, confidence-building, and discovering how enjoyable cooking can be. With plenty of laughter, tasting, and a supportive atmosphere, it’s a great way for young people to try something new and show off their culinary flair.
