The Great Con-Junction: Dark Crystal 40th Anniversary Celebration

We are very excited to be bringing The Great Con-Junction to Los Angeles for a very special Anniversary Event. We are celebrating 40 years of The Dark Crystal in style!  

The event is made up of a two day convention at the Hilton Universal City Hotel PLUS a celebration party on the Jim Henson Company Lot.

The only place to hold a Dark Crystal Convention is at the very place it was filmed! The event is in the stunning Elstree Studio Suite, bathed in atmospheric lighting to set the tone!

You will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with our special guests (over 25 of them), some of which have never done a convention before! You will also be able to get autographs and selfies. This is an intimate event with limited numbers so plenty of opportunity to chat to a mystic, Gelfing or even a Skeksis if you like! Autograph & Photo prices will be announced at least 4 weeks before event date.

Each attendee with receive an Exclusive Dark Crystal Art Print, designed by Artist & Illustrator Cory Godbey. Ticket passes from Gelfing upwards will also receive an exclusive Art Lanyard Designed by Cory Godbey.

There will be numerous panels throughout the event. All of our guests will be involved in Panel and Q&A sessions, panels will explore everything from concept design, to the final product. So prepare some great questions to ask our guests in November!

The Jim Henson Company will be creating a wonderful display or Puppets, props and artefacts from the Dark Crystal & The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance. This is available to all ticket holders.

Have you got a Dark Crystal inspired costume you would like to show off? ?‍♀️ This is your opportunity! We will be running a Costume competition judged by our special guests with awesome prizes to be won ?
