The Great Cake Gathering (A Cake Picnic)

Welcome all South Bay Cake Bakers and Cake Lovers!
This event is for anyone who would like to come with their friends to enjoy an assortment of cakes and enjoy/take pictures in the rose garden, or even come solo to meet new friends <3
The rules to participate in the event are simple:
1) Each Attendee must bring 1 cake (cute & homemade or your favorite storebought cake is okay too!)
2) Answer the prompts below and purchase a ticket*!
Once tickets are purchased, you will receive an email from us with more information on the event and to sign food waivers.

*Tickets are non-refundable at this time.
*The event has no strict end time, you are welcome to roam freely in the Municipal Rose Garden to take pictures as well!

Info: From 1pm-1:30pm, we will be checking in attendees and allowing everyone to set their cakes up on our park tables. You will receive your pizza boxes/utensils to retrieve the cake slices later!

Info: Brief introduction on event from host, instructions on how to proceed with cake cutting.

Info: After the host's intro, we will have 15 minutes to take as many pictures/videos of the beautiful cake creations that everyone brought!

Info: Depending on the number of people attending, groups may be needed in order to maintain structure and efficiency when distributing cakes. Everyone who brought a cake and their own cake slicer, will be cutting their own cakes at this time.

Info: Everyone will get a chance to walk around and witness the pretty and delicious cakes that everyone brought. They can choose the cake slices they're interested in/most intrigued by! Only until supplies last of course (no hard rules except that we ask you respect other's wishes for the opportunity to try someone else's creation!) It's also a perfect time to lounge by the grass/lawn on your picnic blankets and sample the cake slices you've gotten! If you came with a friend it would be a great time to relax and chat over some cake, but if not, we have also provided fun icebreaker fliers for you to get to know everyone else at the picnic!
