UNEARTHLY FREQUENCIES
Unearthly Frequencies is a Versatile 6-piece band based in Hobart, Tasmania. Backed firmly by a band of capable musicians, Prophecy leads the band, taking great care in expressing their music in immaculate detail and care to pay homage to the artists whose music they cover.
MARTINE HOLLIDAY
Martine has been performing, as a singer, at multiple stages throughout Nipaluna/Hobart such as, Spiegeltent Hobart, Devonport Jazz, Clarence Jazz Festival and many other spaces over the years. Martine then left to Naarm/ Melbourne to study and graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Music Theatre. She is known from her roles as Little Red in ‘Into the Woods’ and Mira in ‘The Theory of Relativity’ where she received Tasmanian Theatre Awards for both roles.
ESTHER OUTRAM
Emerging from the Hobart Conservatorium of Music, Esther embodies a captivating fusion of tradition and innovation in the realm of jazz. As a vocalist and songwriter, she explores the intricate paths of the genre, breathing life into her performances through a profound love for vocal improvisation.
Esther blends a mix of styles in her artistic expression, drawing from diverse influences and showcasing nuanced techniques inspired by jazz icons like Mireille Dalbray and Anita O’Day. Her integration of these influences into her voice defies imitation, giving way to a sound uniquely hers yet rooted in the legacy of jazz’s finest.
BELLE RICHARDSON
Belle Richardson is a Hobart based soul-pop-RnB singer with a love for connecting and sharing through her music. With over 8 years of experience in the music industry, Belle is constantly evolving and pushing herself musically and has a passion for performing for and with other music lovers. Belle has a focus of creating a sense of community within the arts in Tasmania
and strengthening the connections between artists and is a co-founder of online music video series ‘Soul Spice Sessions’.
