The allocation of tables and seats is the responsibility of the organizer (Hotel Meliá Berlin). Short-term changes to the table placements on the evening itself are excluded. We reserve the right to place guests together with other guests at a table or a group of tables, if necessary.3. The menu for the buffet is prepared by the chef; please inform us in good time (at least 7 days before the event) of any allergies and intolerances. We ask for your understanding that changes are not possible in the evening itself in order not to disturb the service process.4. The organizer (Hotel Meliá Berlin) will put together a selection of drinks for this event, which is included in the above package: Fine wines red and white, draught beer, cocktails (at the bar), water and soft drinks.Drinks outside of this package, such as long drinks & spirits, can of course be ordered at the bar for an extra charge.
