Our iconic once-a-year celebration of all things bluefin is back for 2025 - this year hosted at Miss Chow's on the Terrace as part of Plateful Perth!Join us as we open the evening with a shimmering Lychee Martini, then raise the curtain on a whole-fish tuna butchery performed tableside.
