The program blends forward-looking insights with practical strategies, creating a forum where attendees can learn how to navigate opportunities in the GovCon market while building meaningful relationships with peers and partners.

Taking place in cities across the country throughout the year, each event runs as a focused afternoon summit featuring curated speakers, market-specific topics, and intentional networking. Alexa Tsui is CEO of FORUM, blending strategy, storytelling, and connection to shape the future of the GovCon community. With 15+ years in growth, capture, and business development, she's driven transformation across the federal contracting landscape. She created and hosts #GovCom Unfiltered, a podcast surfacing authentic stories from government and industry leaders. Alexa serves on boards including NCMA MetroMD and has held key roles with MetaPhase Consulting, Technik, Bloomberg Government, and INPUT. Known for her energy, curiosity, and collaborative spirit, she thrives at the intersection of people and mission — making GovCon more human, more connected, and a lot more fun.

Teresa Moon is Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Parabilis and host of the "Spilling the Tea on GovCon" podcast. She leads communication strategy and market engagement, supporting Parabilis' mission to serve the federal contracting community, drawing on her government procurement experience to shape market strategy, public relations, and industry engagement. With an emphasis on building strategic collaborations within the federal marketplace, Ms. Moon has cultivated a growing ecosystem of partners and resources supporting GovCon organizations. Rochelle Overstreet is Associate Vice President of Government Contracts at Humana Military, leading enterprise contract management for DHA and TRICARE programs. Previously, she directed NASA's Enterprise Pricing Office, architecting its first centralized pricing organization and supporting $145 billion in procurement actions. With 22+ years in federal acquisition, she served as NASA's Lead Negotiator for Audit Services and Contract Closeout, and earlier managed $350 billion in contingency contracts during the Iraq War as an Administrative Contracting Officer with DCMA. Her honors include a 2024 World Procurement Awards finalist nod and multiple NASA distinguished performance recognitions.

Tan Wilson, President of Entellect LLC, has spent 20+ years pioneering IT solutions across federal and commercial sectors, helping clients secure over $150 billion in contract wins. He's deeply committed to elevating small businesses in a competitive federal marketplace, offering strategic advisement, capture planning, proposal management, and partnership-building that transforms the broader GovCon ecosystem. Shomari Wade counsels clients from Fortune 50 companies to startups in government contracts law, with nearly two decades litigating hundreds of bid protests before GAO, COFC, and various Boards of Contract Appeals. He advises clients in federal small business programs (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB), supports M&A due diligence for government contractors, and represents financial institutions on over $1 billion in Federal Assignment of Claims Act lending transactions. Shomari also provides ethics guidance, serving on D.C.'s Board of Ethics and Government Accountability, and has procurement experience from the Executive Office of the Mayor of D.C. He frequently lectures on bid protests and small business matters.

Jennifer Hanks, CEO of MMC Government Solutions, brings nearly two decades of federal contracting expertise as a former FAC-C Level III certified contracting officer. She leads a mission-driven firm specializing in business process improvement, program management, and IT services for agencies including DHS, DOI, USAID, State, HUD, and MBDA. At GSA FEDSIM, she helped develop the EXPRESS pilot program, later adopted agency-wide for its acquisition efficiencies. MMC is an SBA-certified 8(a) and Woman-Owned Small Business based in Landover, MD. Jennifer co-founded NCMA MetroMD in 2024 and previously served as NCMA Tysons president. A classically trained violist, she holds degrees from Catholic University, George Washington University, and the University of Miami, and lives in Maryland with her family.

Brian D. Freedman is President of the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP), a 290-member organization driving regional economic development across 18 cities and Harris and Galveston counties. Before BAHEP, he held senior government relations roles at Boeing and led Legislative Affairs at NASA's Johnson Space Center, connecting NASA with Congress and state and local governments. He began his career as BAHEP's aerospace coordinator. Freedman serves as vice chairman of the Texas Aeronautics Research and Space Economy Consortium and on the Harris County Subsidence District board. He holds degrees from Mississippi State, Colorado State, and an MIT executive certificate.

Ian O'Sullivan is a Senior Program Manager in the West Central Water Market at Jacobs, bringing over 20 years of federal engineering and program leadership experience to water resources infrastructure. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel and Engineer Officer, most recently serving as Deputy Commander for Mega Projects at the US Army Corps of Engineer's (USACE) Galveston District with responsibility for the multi-billion-dollar Sabine Pass to Galveston Bay Project and the Coastal Texas Protection and Restoration Project — among the nation's largest authorized coastal storm risk management systems. His USACE career also included leadership as Deputy Commander of the Galveston District and Executive Officer to the Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations at USACE Headquarters. Ian holds degrees from West Point and the Missouri University of Science and Technology and is a licensed professional Engineer with deep expertise in civil works strategy, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Jeremy Ferguson is Vice President of Business Development and Capture for Epic Systems, Inc., a WOSB supporting Navy, DoD, and federal civilian customers. He leads growth strategy, capture planning, and teaming development across complex federal markets. Jeremy is also founder and CEO of Solo Star Solutions, LLC, helping small businesses navigate growth and operations challenges. Previously, he managed a federal pipeline exceeding $220 million at NexTech Solutions and PAR Government. With 22+ years in the U.S. Navy, an MBA in Program Management, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Cyber Law and Policy, Jeremy bridges operational mission experience with federal business growth.
