The Good Parts Release Bash with Evann Normandin

Join us to celebrate the release of with author Evann Normandin for an evening of conversation, romance, and second chances.

Evann will be joined by Books Are Chic founder Courtney Marzilli for a discussion about this deeply emotional love story, following Landon as he sets out to win back the woman who erased every memory of the life they built together. As Rose begins a fresh start in Edinburgh, unaware of the love they once shared, the question becomes whether a connection powerful enough to last a lifetime can survive even when the past is forgotten.

With alternating timelines, unforgettable twists, and a swoony romance at its heart, The Good Parts explores memory, heartbreak, and the hope of falling in love all over again.

After the conversation, you'll have the chance to meet Evann during a meet and greet and get your book signed. The author has offered to sign up to two titles brought from home as well.

Check-in will take place at our front entrance on Brattle Street. If you have any accessibility needs, you're welcome to use our side entrance (located on the right side of the building), which is wheelchair accessible and has a ramp.

BOOK PICKUP POLICY

If you purchased a book with your event ticket but can’t make it to the event—and don’t request a refund—we’ll happily hold your book for pickup for up to 30 days after the event date.

We’ll be in touch via the email you provided at checkout to help coordinate pickup. After 30 days, if we haven’t heard from you or made other arrangements, we’ll consider the book abandoned property and may donate it or return it to inventory so it can find a new home.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Evann Normandin earned her BA in English and Theater from Middlebury College and her MSc in English, with a focus on traumatic memory, from the University of Edinburgh. Her work has been published in Broadway World, Rewire News, Slush Magazine, and The Journal of Compressed Creative Arts. Evann lives outside Boston with her son and husband, who inspired the love story (but only the good parts). The Good Parts is her debut.
