What is The Good Energy Club?

A community for women who want more than surface-level friendships. No forced conversations. No standing alone wondering what to say. Just a warm, cosy space filled with women who actually want to connect. Every single person who has come to one of our events has walked in a little nervous — and left with someone's number in their phone. This is our third event and our most intimate yet. A brand new cosy studio space in Manchester, with sofas, cushions, wine, snacks and good music — the kind of room that makes you want to stay all night. ────────────────────────────────────

I want you to feel seen, supported and understood — and to know that real friendships are still possible, even as an adult. I'm not a coach or a guru. I'm just a woman who learned how powerful it is to choose better energy, better conversations and better connections.
